Ysabel Regina is a Gran Solera Reserva Spanish brandy with a touch of VSOP cognac aged in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It is wonderfully clear and bright-golden in colour, and boasts a cognac-like nose with crème caramel, burnt sugar, and rhubarb with gentle hints of smoke and spice. On the palate there are sweet flavours of vanilla, burnt toffee and raisins, before a soft finish awash with finely ground pepper and dark caramel.
