From Baltimmore based “Gypsy” brewer Stillwater Artisanal, The Cloud is a 7% IPA brewed with oats and lactose as well as a plentiful combination of German and Amercian hops. Pouring a hazy amber colour, aromas of melon, tropical fruit and fresh cut grass are balanced by distinct noble bitterness. On the palate it is medium-bodied with flavours of tropical fruit and citrus are balanced by caramel, notes from the malts. Superb.
