This is a classical Australian Shiraz with an almost black hue and a narrow purple rim. Boasting very intense and seductive aromas of blackcurrant, mint and violet with subtle notes of eucalyptus. On the palate this wine is just as intense yet exceptionally well-balanced, with the beautifully bold and ripe dark fruit flavours synonymous with this style. Also present are hints of crushed pepper and a soft touch of vanilla from the oak ageing. A clean and crisp finish completes a wonderful experience.
