This easy-drinking session pale ale comes from Hairy Dog Brewery, a new brewery based right here in the heart of Mid-Sussex. A complex malt base gives a soft and rounded mouthfeel with some sweet biscuit notes alongside hints of light caramel. Well-judged bitterness and subtle tropical fruit notes are evident, making for a delicious and “sessionable” pale ale.
