From the famed Domaine Ferret, this Chardonnay boasts floral and spice aromas that culminate in a creamy honeysuckle. On the palate it is vivid, with a generous and creamy mouthfeel that shows a lovely balance between flavour and richness. A superb example, overall this is a smooth and well balanced wine with a vivid, spicy finish. The ripeness of fruit that gives the incredible richness will become even more explosive as it matures.

CHARDONNAY - Chardonnay is the world’s most famous white-wine grape and is widely planted across the world. Chardonnay wines offer complex aromas, often due to the use of oak during production, and they can be buttery with notes of vanilla, smoke and hints of sweet spices. A base of apple and citrus is supplemented by tropical flavours such as banana, melon, pineapple and guava in many examples, and by stone-fruits such peach, nectarine and apricot in others.
"A lovely and complex Chardonnay that shows exceptional depth of both aromas and flavour. A truly great wine that is sure to collect awards next year. It was a superb partner to grilled garlic prawns but would be fantastic with a range of white meat dishes too."
